How does the design process work?
For wedding invitations or calligraphy, I will email you a short questionnaire to fill out so I can get an idea of what you’re looking for. Based on your requests, I will send a quote for you to review (click here to request a quote!). Adjustments to the project scope may be made at any time; when everything looks good on the initial quote, I will send over an agreement to digitally sign along with an invoice to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit (which will be based on the estimated final cost).
Once the agreement is signed and deposit is paid, I will get to work!
When the initial design concepts (usually 3 or more) are ready, I will email those to you for review.
Two revisions are usually included in the design fee on your quote, but we will go through as many steps as necessary to make sure your design is perfect! (The cost of additional revisions will be included in your agreement before we begin).
Once the project is completed, I will email you an updated invoice. As soon as final payment is received, printing will begin on your order (if applicable).
What is the typical turnaround time for your services?
Stationery Design can range from 2-4 weeks or more, depending on the complexity of the design, number of revisions requested, printing method, and overall scope of the project. However, I am always willing to try to accommodate a shorter deadline if you're on a time crunch! (Rush fee may apply).
Custom Calligraphy usually requires at least 2-4 weeks for completion, based on current demand and order size, but rush orders can be accommodated (fee may apply).
Branding Projects can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks, depending on the scope of the project.

For stationery orders, do you provide printing services in addition to the design itself?
Absolutely!
My available services include the design, printing, assembly of your stationery, adding postage, and mailing your envelopes for you. I would love to do everything for you from start to finish, if you wish; however, you can choose the individual services that work best for you!
What type of printing services do you offer?
I offer traditional laser printing or metallic foil stamping for stationery along with a wide range of paper sizes, thickness, textures, and shapes. In addition to printing stationery design, I also offer custom envelope printing in lieu of calligraphy.
Do you offer stationery and calligraphy samples prior to ordering?
Digital proofs are free for all of your custom-designed pieces.
Cost of physical samples will vary based on need, starting at $15 per piece.
How do payments work?
A 50% deposit is required before design work begins. You can pay online via Paypal or credit card; I also accept Venmo!
Once the project is complete and the final invoice is sent, payment is due within 7 calendar days, after which a $25 late fee will apply per week from the date of the final invoice.
I ask that you do not make full payment up front, since the final total may vary slightly.
